You send the cat at the enemy, and they are forced to bend down and stroke it because its so cute.

Then you can kill them and the cat makes a bed out of their corpse.

herp derp, it was a user created idea and page, it just looked real. and the letter from saxton hale is for the person that made it, meaning: this person will get a email saying yes or no to the idea.
