Well, here goes. I was talking a bit a few minutes earlier about how I found the best shovelware license video game ever. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you, Oktoberfest - The Official Video Game.
What caught my eye was just how random this really is. But any sane person would easily tell right when thinking about it that it's a mini game collection. A terrible one at that too, but hey. Who cares? As you see, you write down your name, and which of the two avatars you use. So uhh here's the main menu. Got much variety, eh?
So on to the Wiesn Rally. First thing you notice, is that you get a map of the festival grounds, as shown here.
(Do these streets have a perfect English translation, or no?)
And look at the bottom most icon. Is that beer I see? Hell yeah it is. It's a beer stall!
You just tap the beer to consume it. Not much point to that, but what would Oktoberfest be without the beer?
And then there's a sausage stall, which is pretty much the same as the beer stall minus the beer.
Let's move on to some wholesome mini game fun, shall we? Well you can't. There's no such thing as "fun mini games". Especially in something like this. Ahh Bavaria quiz. Test your knowledge on what you know about the topic, "Bavaria". Of course.. Every mini game has to have this kind of quiz crap.
First question
No shit it's Bavaria. Then I got really bored after the first question and decided to play something else. Here's Ghost Carts, which is pretty stupid too. While riding in a mine cart for no apparent reasons, sweep the ghosts away with your stylus to prevent them from scaring you. Best part is, the control is unresponsive. No matter how much I swept at it, the ghost would not go away. And why is there a flying pretzel?
Uhh finger wrestling? I never understood the point of this, so screw it.
And I guess that's all for now, because the rest of the crap in this game is not even worth mentioning. If you (for some odd reason) wish to have a copy of this fine game, just private message me, and I'll get right back to you.
