Even if i crouch and shot it is still hard to hit, because the crossair keeps moving up and down itself, unlike with crossbow zoom. That makes it allmost impossible to hit if you're not in your own server, with like 5 ping...

The txt file would be map_select_v2_modify.txt in the maps/cfg folder.
Every door has a number, all you do is add the message text and level name. Might not be too simple for you.

The reason we have been keeping away from custom models is because it would kill our visible armor system, no custom models would have armor. We are trying to figure out the best way of doing the armor system on custom models atm.

Yes, problem is the heads tend to be of a different size. Will probably setup a new script which we include with every model to determine which armor models are used.

Question !!!

I am looking to get a 10 man server at gameserver.com, they of course do not have Obsidian listed as one of their package deals, but will load mod once asked.

My question is: Is the HL2:DM server what I need to ask for?

The voting was something we implemented but didn't put a lot of work into, its merely an alternative to mani.

i would say if you enable that cvar you can say in the chat area "votemap"

but since i use SourceMod wich has it's own votemap plugin, i can't say much about it (also never used it :O)

Have updated the first post with some recommended network cvars, if you run a server, i really suggest using them, they will allow the netcode to send much more packets to the clients and therefor get rid of the lagspikes that like to happen in some cases (like the endfight in coop_wardogs.)
