Whats with the FP server anyhow? And how do I go about earning the privelage to join/have the password?

For the benches you can achieve this by adding parameters
-staticproppolys and
-staticroplighting to vrad.exe whilst compiling in expert mode.
Advantage: No dynamic shadows for the benches needed --> better performance.

Possible but expensive. Its something the team hasn't really discussed yet though.

It would be cool.
My and my friend's PC could totally handle this(Spawned lamps with dynamic shadows in GMOD) and it will look great.
You can always make a checkbox to enable\disable it.
And OC will be the first mod to have this thing.

Well another problem with dynamic lights in front of the player is it casts shadows from the players weapon and arms. I managed to cull lighting on the model, just not the shadows yet. Ill mention it if I get something decent working.
