Re: can't login to steam
Be more descriptive. Is it allowing you to type in your info and then it freezes when it connects to steam? Or is it not allowing you to click login?Turkey72 wrote:as the title says, i can't login to steam and neither can half of the steam forums . has anybody else been having this problem or have you been like water under the bridge?(the problem is comcast, i learned)
I will spit right in your fraking face.
How does it taste? After the lips are sealed below your waist,
You will never frak again.

What steam says: Steam could not connect to the steam servers.Fenrir wrote:Be more descriptive. Is it allowing you to type in your info and then it freezes when it connects to steam? It says that to anybody who has comcast and tried to login to steam today
its not my firewall, and my pc is clean, i scan almost everyday and nothing(+ i don't download over 50+ torrents) as i said, it's valve's duty to call comcast and report them this problem or valve will lose a ton of players and money.Vasili wrote:It is Monday.
Oh wait, Timezones an all.
If it isn't working tommorow, then you get out mr Firewall and Ms Anti-Virus, and you mess around with them.

Comcast is not AT&T.laserrobotics wrote:Interesting. Road Runner seems to be fine.
Wouldn't the only way it can be restricted to a certain provider be that that provider has explicitly blocked access to Steam?
Though now that you mention that, maybe Comcast has thought Steam is P2P software because of how it works.
