Engine Error
MountFilesystem( 242 ) failed: SteamMountFilesysten(228,242,0x666fd58=,0x666fc48) failed with error 116: Cache needs repair

Reinstaled game and still i got same error , when i launch Obsidian Conflict. I am using Win XP. Before that error my game freeze , while downloading map and i restarted Pc. After 2 restart i got this error.

I need help how can i fix this

so basically.. you mounted CSS for Obsidian Conflict without owning the game? It doesent work like that.
Now your game tries to mount the content from CSS, but since you dont have CSS..well..yep.

I got The Orange Box but no CSS. I played game more than a month without problem.
Now what fixing is impossible ?

Goto your mounts folder in the Oc directory, delete the CSS.file

You should be good from there eh?

Do you mount Counter Strike Source everytime in OC?
Because you should never mount games you dont own

(im only assuming that you have CSS mounted because MountFilesystem( 242 ) 242 is the ID of CSS Shared Content)
