Alright, so i was curious about how dynamic scopes were added into the game, and whether or not it's possible to do in the game's current version.
A simple yes or no answer will be sufficient for me. However, if it were possible, I'd like to get to get to know how, or would it not be possible because a player rendertarget is not possible in the current version? :U

No, simply because there are no updated client binaries available.

Apparently, Valve can't make games beyond the number 2.
I think the only time we'll get a Source SDK code update is when it starts having purchasable hats integrated, i.e. hatconomy.
