OC doesnt have closecaptions_<language>. Should i make them?

Except for Japanese, OC doesnt have closecaptions_<a language>. I´m thinking if i should take the closecaptions_English of the three HL2, put it in a single file and compile it.
Also, i want add subtitles for my map. I could add it apart of all the above? What is the idea that have the DEVs?.

Per-map close captions support will only be available in the next version of OC. There's no way this is going to be in a hotfix without updated client binaries. Period.

Say goodbye to subtitles in V2. Dammit. Well, at least will have that feature. WHEN IS RELEASED.
