The both practically mean the same thing. The fallout 3 one is old english text, Vasilli's is new age.

Hey guys, i recently heard a friend play fallout 3 for 2 hours without any action starting while i was playing l4d with another friend, making our way through hordes of zombies.
many of my friends told me this game wasn't worth the money so i'm never gonna buy it

Fallout3 is a different kind of fun. If your a big RPG player, you will love it. Others might find it slow. I enjoy it, but it does get slow and boring at times. So do most RPG's in my opinion.
