Call of Duty: World At War

Anybody played it?
I just beat the game a few minutes ago. The ending sucked, the gameplay was a stale version of Call of Duty 4, and the credits were longer than the actual game. Only cool thing is the new co-op mode. But I haven't tried it so I don't know for sure if it's any good.
Just giving anybody who was considering buying it a heads up here. Not worth $50. Now on the other hand, Call of Duty 4 was a great game and I recommend you go buy it. This new cod is just a shitty ripoff of that.
3/10

WWII.. *sigh* The most overused concept in gaming history. Doesn't convince.

Spoiler Here:
Just finished watching the credits. Those of you who played COD4 may remember the mini-game after the credits, Air Force One. Well this game has "Nazi Zombies". Stupid shit if you ask me.

Mile High Club not Air Force One.
But the game was made by Treyarch.

Mile High club is based on Air Force One and in an Air Force One so I doubt theres much difference (unless you want to be pedantic about it)
Treyarch knew they couldn't beat Infinity Ward's CoD4 so they had to try to emulate it. I saw a similar plane mission somewhere in CoD5 like Death From Above in CoD4 which shows how the Treyarch lacked a few brainstorming sessions

I've heard the online multiplayer was fun, even if the rest was lackluster. Haven't had the pleasure of trying it out for myself yet though.

Same, I like new stories, plus, I'm not a fan of the past, I have learned about the major things though.
Now if it was about a new world war, THEN, I would get it.
But the USA is going to back down from war, and where just going to hug people, and melt down all the guns and weapons and become a bunch of pansy's for the next 4 years.

How about a game where you control a Nuclear missile and you have to get to america without being shotdown/disabled?

COD 5 sucks big times!
A really good game from the view of german Soldiers in the WW2 would be much more interesting. WW2 is overused nevertheless.

I was thinking the same thing. They always glorify the US and Russia in WW2 games. Whynot make a game from the Germans POV?

I'd tread carefully if I were you, know where you are before you say anything
