Its simple a user asks a stupid question,and the user who posts after him/her gives and even stupider answer to a stupid question,and then asks another stupid which the user after him/her will answer,and so on and so forth.

Thats why im reinforcing the rules a lot more for the next few weeks, even the slightest rule break will increase your warning stage, sucks it has to come that way.
