Noooooo..........

Well, today morning i started getting some BSOD and other problems in my main computer. I started blaming vista for it, but as i tried to fix it i suddenly stopped receiving any image/data from gcard to monitor. Black screen saying to check cable connection. Tried other cables and stuff and it did not work. I could even hear the windows start up sound, but no image.
Looks like it was not vista`s fault this time. Looks like its time to say goodbye to my geforce 8800 GTX after only 1.6yr working....
I`ll have to go to an store for further tests to make sure this is the issue, but goddamnit why so early... noooooooo........

Graphics cards die pretty fast. My 8600 GT died a few months ago, got it in late 2007.

It could also be your ram being damaged/loose/too hot, or it could also be your Power Supply, your GPU may not be the only thing.

Pretty much any of the GTX 200 series will do you nicely.
Geforce GTX 280 is a good one.
