It's not expensive in any way. 20 bucks most people can afford.

At first i thought that steam made this mod, but its not actually a mod its a game thats what skidz said

a beta was coming out this month but we have been adding a lot so its a lot better than it was this is the mod http://mods.moddb.com/6491/hypersonic-source-raceway/ dont download the beta a steam update broke it. oh and it will be on the old engine we could not get the cars to work in the ep1 engine

Racing mods are sorta pointless when I could just go out and buy a professionally created game and get way more than a source mod is going to give. IMO.
But it looks pretty good though from the screenshots.
