I don't know if this is the right place to put this but would any of the OC developers have the need for an FTP? i have unlimited bandwidth with unlimited space. I had a use for it a while back but now it just sits empty so i thought i would find a use for it. I just downloaded OC recently and i thought i could help out in someway.

There's a new mapdata base that has taken on the task of hosting community made maps. Everything oc related wbsite etc, W0rf0x and Neico handle.

Both I guess rely on them to keep up the payments, which they get some help through donations.

The problem is reliability in keeping these things funded for a considerable time. The mod has been going for six years so it's cost some money and will need money to keep going in the future. Having people who are prepared to keep up payments for 4 years, are far and few between.

I guess if you wanted to do something, you could offer server operators a fast dl url for custom map packs or something like that.
