Anime Models Pack Thread [UPDATED 2/20/11]

I dont know what anime these are from.

I like some anime. Bubblegum Crisis is a classic, Appleseed and Blackjack were good way back when, but I fell out with anime as a whole.

Anyway. Good on you guys for putting them in their own packs. The only ones we care about is the starwars (for him) and the covenant elite and orange stalker exosuit (for me). I find the combine ones confusing in a fire fight so I can simply not DL them.

I'll download anything, just because it makes the game more random when you're fighting Antlions with cartoons.

Wait, Anime is cartoon-like right? Not as in video, but like comics, books, etc; right?

Anime is animation
Manga is comic
but other than that, they are pretty much the same exact thing

Anime (Jap) = Cartoon (Eng)

Though there is a difference between english cartoons and japanese cartoons. And that difference is why we love the japanese cartoons.

honestly, i could imagine seeing a couple of good touhou models on here
reimu hakurei, cirno, suika ibuki, chen (hnnnnng), utsuho reiuji, and a number of others i dont feel like naming off

all of those have been made into playermodels

the tf2 mod has reimu, suika, and utsuho

cirno has a model thats not riged for playermodle

and chen is able to get of a japanese site i cant think of at the moment
(im playing as chen =3)

I'm surprised to see so many Touhou fans in one place. Makes me happy~! <3

I remember looking at the Touhou Fortress 2 thing and those models were pretty awesome (I didn't like Yuyuko being the heavy though, I thought Kanako would do much better, what with her Faith Pillars and all). Maybe it might be possible to convert those models with permission?

too bad source doesent have much touhou models...but look at GTA San Andreas...oh my god, it has models of about every single touhou character
