1the antguard vs the garg is all depending on how much luck you have since the battle sides are mostly random.

2what are the voltigores?

A voltigore is like the Half Life 1 version of an Antlion Guardian except if you pissed him off, instead of sliding or throwing a car at you he shot a huge energy beam that would kill you. There were also baby ones that I forgot what exactly they did, you might find the answer in this link.

They were also only in Half Life: Opposing Force (which did not have a counter part for the Souce engine) so they probably can't be brought in OC but I remember a download on www.garrysmod.org that brought the Opposing Force npcs into Gmod if you're interested.

Scanners in oc_kake are overpowered (they won hgrunts, combines, hunters (yes, its incredible), manhacks....

The combine gunship and combine helicopter are here? i want to see c.gunship vs c.helicopter

Gunship vs Helicopter wouldnt be so amazing,unless their heavily modified by masa0x or Zteer so they have rocket launchers

Kake is pretty much boring now because it's always the same team that wins against the other team. Manhacks > Garg is one of the examples.

You have to understand that the damage between entities that are not supposed to actually fight against each other have unpredictable results.
So it may be the engine's reasoning to actually kill an NPC if they begin to fight each other rather than to crash the game.
An antlion guard vs antlions is an example of this, the antlions auto die as soon as the round starts.

When the players fight against each other or against NPCs it's fun.
