Looks familiar...I think the bus came from STALKER, you can't blame W0rf0x for the bad textures and whatnot :S Blame the person who ported it over to Source.
Ya, the bus was a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. port, and aside from weapon models, they usually do have problems with skins and such. Most vehicles in stalker dont have interior skins except the apc i think, and you cant really see into the apc.
