Because of a couple of extras and its easier to put turrets up on the walls without them falling off over 9000 times or you letting go cuz the source engine makes you let go of the turret when you go up the ladder?

yea the turret part trying to get them on the wall was anoying.
glad to see in the new map itl be easier to place them.

Ah the art of carrying props up ladders.
Go up facing backwards or at an angle though backwards is best

in the antlion survival map we play now that art is deemed impossible.
(cause of the lack of the gravity gun and the fact your using your hands for the ladder.)

Maybe also cuz your view gets snapped forward towards the ladder so youre always looking at the ladder which is always a pain in the ass to get the damn turret up on the walls.
